DKUT is a university ultimate team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. It consists of players from Dalhousie University and University of King's College.

Exam Practices, Tournament of Fools Results! (posted on April 10, 2012)

DKUT will continue practicing until the end of the Dalhousie undergraduate exam period. Regular times will be 3-5pm on weekdays, stay tuned to your emails for news on which days on a given week.

DKUT was very pleased to host teams from all over Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick on March 31st and April 1st for Tournament of Fools 2012! Thank you all very much for making the event such a success. We wish you all a fantastic summer of league and tournaments.

Hello Atlantic Canada!

Dalhousie/King's Ultimate Team (DKUT) is proud to present the latest installment of Foolish ultimate, Tournament of Fools 2012! This year the tournament will be held on March 31st and April 1st. Yes, April Fool's! Will there be any pranks? Only those Foolish enough to show up will find out...

Sweet, sweet deets:
- Up to 16 teams.
- 7v7, 4/3 or 3/4 ratio as decided by offense.
- $300/team
- Disc Central with field food, water, hot coffee/chocolate Sunday morning, and up to date scores.
- Saturday night party at the Red Stag Tavern in the old Keith's Brewery building feature DJ Scout! Happy hour on draft and $4.50 well shots from 10pm onwards.
- Announcement of DKUT's 2012/13 captains. We might make them all do something fun.
- Twitter tag #getfoolish
- We can't promise this, but our crack team of meteorologists predicts above-seasonal temperatures.

As you can see, we have put last year's team fees to use in hiring talent for our DKUT weather prediction service. You should still invest in some Canadian lingerie.

This tournament is open to teams of all skill levels. In an effort to make initial seedings and pools as fair as possible please include rosters when registering your bid. The team fee of $300 is due by 11:59pm March 23.

1) Interac transfer: jasperdupuis@mac.com
2) Cash/cheque for Halifax teams.
3) Mailing cheques for out of town teams. Note: Despite appearances, Dave and I don't always have lots of time to meet in person. So make sure you send your cheque early if this is how you go! I need it in hand by the 23rd.

We will keep posting information FB/Twitter/DKUT's site as more Foolish details get sorted. Hopefully this will make it easier to distribute information about the tournament to your team and announce little surprises we don't have ironed out yet.
